In these Terms and Conditions, the words “Bricks Theme Design,” “us,” “we,” and “our” refer to Techoli Company LLC and our website, bricksthemedesign.com, or our products, as appropriate. “You” and “your” refer to the user or customer.
1. Product Licensing
Our Bricks Builder templates, theme designs, and extensions are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL v2 or later) unless stated otherwise.
Third-party assets (e.g., fonts, images) may have separate licenses—you are responsible for compliance.
You may not redistribute, resell, or transfer licenses to third parties.
Licenses are valid only for websites you own or manage. Client usage is permitted only if you maintain an ongoing consulting relationship.
2. Warranty
Our products are designed for Bricks Builder and require:
WordPress 5.0+
Bricks Builder (latest version recommended)
PHP 7.4+ (50MB+ memory)
We do not guarantee compatibility with all plugins, themes, or custom setups.
No liability for data loss, security breaches, or conflicts arising from product use.
3. Support
Support is provided only to active license holders.
Free products or expired licenses are not eligible for support.
Support scope is limited to documented bugs—not customizations or third-party conflicts.
4. Automatic Updates
Updates require an active subscription/license.
Lifetime licenses receive updates as long as the product is maintained.
5. Product Delivery
After purchase, you’ll receive:
Download links via email.
License keys (if applicable).

6. Ownership
All products, code (excluding third-party assets), and content remain property of Bricks Theme Design.
No intellectual property claims are permitted.
7. Refund Policy
Digital Product Notice
All products sold on this website are digital downloads (Bricks templates).
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a non-tangible, irrevocable digital product.Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final unless the conditions below are met.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only if:
The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
A clear and reproducible technical defect is demonstrated
The issue cannot be resolved by our support team
The defect prevents the template from functioning as described
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
Change of mind
Personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction
Claims such as “too much JavaScript” or design style concerns
Lack of required technical knowledge
Third-party plugin or hosting conflicts
Performance expectations not explicitly guaranteed
Requests made after 7 days
Purchased by mistake
Failure to review the live demo before purchase
Live Demo Responsibility
Before purchasing, customers are responsible for reviewing the live preview and product description carefully.
By completing the purchase, you confirm that:
You have reviewed the demo
You understand the design, functionality, and included scripts
The product meets your expectations
Digital Delivery Clause
Since the template files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, refunds are not possible once files have been downloaded, except in cases of verified technical incompatibility.
Abuse & Policy Protection
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of:
Suspected misuse
Attempted policy abuse
Continued use of the template after refund request
8. Account Termination
We may terminate accounts for:
License violations.
Fraudulent activity.
Abuse of support/resources.
No refunds upon termination.
9. Communications
We may email you about:
License updates.
Security patches.
Promotions (opt-out anytime).
