License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of products (templates, blocks, libraries, or design assets) purchased from Bricks Theme Design (operated by Techoli Company LLC). By purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to these terms.

1. License Types

Personal & Commercial Use

  • You may use our templates, blocks, and design assets to create unlimited End Products (customized Bricks Builder websites) for:

    • Personal projects

    • Client projects (if you maintain an ongoing relationship as their designer/developer).

  • End Product Definition: A unique, finalized website built using our assets. You cannot redistribute our assets as-is or in modified form.

2. You Are Allowed To:

✅ Create multiple End Products for yourself or clients.
✅ Modify, combine, or customize our assets to fit your projects.
✅ Use assets across multiple projects under a multi-use license.

3. You Are NOT Allowed To:

❌ Redistribute our assets (original or modified) in any form, including:

  • Selling or giving away templates/blocks on marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, Envato).

  • Sharing via private channels, bots, or subscription services.
    ❌ Create competing products (e.g., reselling our blocks as your own library).
    ❌ Transfer licenses to other accounts or users.

4. Account & Enforcement

  • Licenses are per user/agency. Team members must purchase separate licenses.

  • We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you violate this Agreement.

  • Violations may result in legal action.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Bricks Theme Design is not liable for:

    • Damages from misuse or inability to use our products.

    • Conflicts with third-party plugins/themes.

  • Our products are provided “as is” without warranties.

6. Modifications

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
